Y-Wednesday: Swimming toward fall activities

With every passing day, more leaves are changing colors and activities are getting closer at the Door County YMCA.

During this week’s Y-Wednesday Podcast, Competitive Swim Team Coach Mike McHugh highlighted the swim team’s fall prep program as the upcoming season approaches.

A parent meeting is scheduled for Oct. 14, when families can learn about the Door County YMCA Swim Team program and the opportunities available through it. Families can begin signing up for the swim team and other Door County YMCA programs Oct. 19 for members and Oct. 21 for the general public.

McHugh also highlighted the upcoming Healthy Living Fair on Oct. 20 and the YMCA’s Trunk or Treat event Oct. 30.
