Errant sparks from an antique tractor set fire to an old barn building at 1397 Mill Road in Forestville on Tuesday afternoon, calling out firefighters from Algoma, Brussels-Union-Gardner, Casco, Nasewaupee, Luxemburg, Southern Door, and Sturgeon Bay.

Firefighters were on the property for 2 and a half hours, and saved the contents to the owners satisfaction, Olson said. The Chief extended a special thank you to one of the Southern Door firefighters, for serendipitously answering the call with equipment that aided their firefighting response.
