Sandra A. Lefebvre, 84, Dykesville, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on Friday, October 2, 2026. She was born on June 12, 1942, to the late Alvin and Tillie (Wanek) Hoffman in Green Bay, WI. She married her husband Mark on September 7, 1963, and they started their married life in Green Bay, WI. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Sandie built her life around the people she cherished most. She was the proud mother of four children, grandmother to twelve, and great grandmother to thirteen, each of whom brought her immeasurable joy. She was dedicated to her Catholic faith, ensuring her children, and grandchildren witnessed, by her actions, the importance of living and following the faith. She was an active member in the Red Hats and volunteered her time at the Wiedner Center, Saint Vincent de Paul, as well as her home parish St. Louis, Dyckesville. Family was the heart of her world. Whether tending to her garden, hosting gatherings, or spending long afternoons playing games with friends and loved ones, she created a home filled with laughter, warmth, and welcome. Her flowers were her sanctuary, and she delighted in nurturing every bloom as tenderly as she nurtured the people around her. Whenever the family came together, her kitchen became the heart of it all. She cooked with such love that plates were piled high, stories were shared over second helpings, and everyone left with a little container of her magic to take home. She enjoyed painting and found she had a natural gift for creating beauty with her hands. Painting was not just a hobby for her; it was an extension of her heart. Her paintings were full of color and imagination and demonstrated a deep appreciation of the little details that made her art stand out. She loved to sew, spending hours in her sewing room creating memories for those who received her work. Her handmade clothes carried stories in every seam and touched the lives of all the family. Her smile was infectious and everyone was always welcome. Her passion for blue was also infectious, and her house was full of decorations favoring the color. She cherished time spent playing games, laughing with friends, and simply being together. Her presence made every gathering brighter. She will be remembered for her kindness, her generosity, and the way she made everyone feel welcome and cared for. Sandie is survived by her husband of 63 years Mark; children Rob (Joyce), Sue (John) Anderson, Dan (Milissa), and Chuck (Barb); eleven grandchildren Dayna Lefebvre (special friend, Wes Reed), Erika (Perry) Opel, Lauren (Joe) Vandelist, Krista (James) Wright, Jacki (Nils) Odgren, Cheri (Dontay) Harper, Johnathan Anderson (special friend, Emily Jacques), Megan Lefebvre, Emily Lefebvre, Dalton (Emily) Lefebvre, and Shannon (Riley) Peckham; thirteen great grandchildren, Parker & Oliver, Robin & Kara, Ahyellah, Ezekiel, Priscilla, and Camila, Ulla, Blakely, Lorelai, Maleik, and Teghan; brother Ron Hoffman; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Tina Davis, Andrea (Ken) Farb, Cathy (Ken) Savoie, Terri Lefebvre & Joe Campshure, Connie Lefebvre, Jim (Joanne) Lefebvre, and Sara (Jack) Sande; and many nieces and nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Tillie Hoffman; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Norbert and Irene Lefebvre; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-laws, Barb Hoffman, Janice and Anson Eickhorst and Mike Lefebvre; and one granddaughter, Jennifer Lefebvre. Family and friends may call on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. at St. Louis Catholic Church, Dyckesville. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. with family friend, Rev. Bob Karuhn officiating. Her final place of rest will be at Allouez Chapel Mausoleum.
